LA Trip

So I thought maybe I’d blog about our Trip to LA.

Two of our very close friends Ariel and Carolyn got married on June 8th. We all have been waiting for this event since Carolyn got engaged and we were so excited that the time finally came to go to LA the week before their wedding to spend time with them and go to some places in LA.
Sunday we drove down to LA and we got there around 1:30 PM and just hung out at Carolyn’s Moms house.

Monday we went to Manhattan Beach. It was a beautiful day and the beach was actually prettier than our beach here in SF, but still yucky. (I love the ocean, beautiful to look at and maybe get in, but I get annoyed by the sand and the mess and the cold water. Maybe if we were in a warmer place and the water was warmer I’d like the beach…
Tuesday we went to Malibu Cannon and played in this beautiful and cold water hole. This place we went to was where MASH was filmed and it was a beautiful day. We had lots of fun and a nice walk to the swimming hole.
Wednesday was DISNEYLAND!!!! WooooWhooo We had a blast! We got to the park when it opened and we stayed there all day until closing. We went on only rides our family could go on and we ate dinner in the French Courters. The boys both did really good and we all really enjoyed seeing the parade.
Thursday Ron, Ariel, Tom, Ming, Casey, and Colby all went to go get their tuxes. Then later that day was the rehearsal and then dinner.
Friday we went to El Capitan to see the new Narnia. It was a really good movie and I really enjoyed the books.
Saturday we had Carolyn and Ariel’s Parties.
Sunday was the beautiful wedding. Devin did a great job being the ring bearer and Ron was a very handsome groomsmen. Carolyn and Ariel are really meant for each other and it was a beautiful wedding.
