Just realized

I'm an emotional eater. Yep. I eat sweets/food when I'm feeling very emotional. Now how do I over come this problem? Kill all the sweet stuff in the house and pray I don't buy any sweets while I'm at work? Boo sweets! Boo Emotional eating.. Booo!

Now that that is out of the way.

Dieting has been hard. I realized also that gaining weight is a lot easier then it is to lose the weight.
I gained a few pounds back that I lost and I feel really bad about it. I keep wanting to change, but I haven't. I need to start logging in my info in somewhere.
